Calciano & Associates covers Lane County, Douglas County, Oregon.  Fees are generally $50 more for Douglas County.  We have access to the Eugene/Springfield Multiple Listing Service via Books and Douglas County via modem hook-up with the MLS computer.  We also keep current comparable sales files which are updated weekly.  Flood Zone data sources are via Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood maps.  Cost data source is Marshall & Swift and local contractors.

We service Greater Lane County, Douglas County, Southern Benton County and Southern Linn County.
