Welcome to Appraisal Associates.  My name is Charles M. Frosland.  I am President of the firm Appraisal Associates in Eugene.  I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 1977.  I received my real estate broker's license in 1982 while working as office manager and broker for ERA Valley River Realty.  Prior to entering the real estate profession, I worked in remodeling and new residential construction.  I currently am a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, and Chief Residential Appraiser for Appraisal Associates in Eugene.  I am also an approved FHA appraiser.  I have been appraising full-time since January, 1984.
